Really aching and got a banging headache, Ive been working from home today but am back on the bike tomorrow not really looking forward to it in truth.

Hey bb, sorry to hear you're feeling out of sorts still. It really takes it out of you when something like that happens, doesn't it?

Would it be a major deal if you took the rest of the week off cycling? You don't want your first proper ride on your great new bike to be a negative one. It might dampen the new bike joy you should be feeling?

If your gf/wife/best friend were telling you they had a banging headache after a fall and not looking forward to the next journey would you advise them against cycling and prefer they took your advice? (I have to do that because I'm much more understanding with others than I am with myself, as I think we all are).
