Im estimating logic, not trying to create hard rules so, if 76 is needed after the last divisor, 76 is likely to be the result of 19x4, 38x2 or 152/2 hence H/I as 1,2,4,8 combinations

Working on the assumption of one of the first two, working back A and B need to result in a low number, because 12 is added and then multiplied (multiplier must be low, probably 3).
Methinks it's a combination of your fuzzy logic and my hard rules that will prove to be the winning combination.

Hopefully I get a dull spell of play this afternoon so I can give it some thought

+13 =20
20 x 1 = 20
20 / 4 = 5
5 + 9 = 14
14 + 12 = 26
26 x 2 = 52
52 - 8 = 44
44 - 11 = 33
33 + 5 = 38
38 x 6 = 228
228 / 3 = 76
76 - 10 = 66
Congratulations you have won a picture of Rachel Riley or the Vorderman!
Was it through trial and error or proper maths tho?;)

A mixture of both. It's very likely that certain integers won't be in certain positions. That narrows down the options. Then I worked out a possible relationship between the last two integers and tried some variations on the assumption the relationship was correct. It was. Is that luck, or skill?

I'll take Carol over Rachel.
