Accessory suppliers other than the big river?

I want to buy a few bits'n'bobs for the bike as I reckon I'll soon be capable of doing 10 mile + rides. Only in the flatlands of course! But even so I am surprising myself, my general fitness level hasn't gone as far downhill as I feared it might have.

I'm looking at one of those soft-shell bottle holder thingies that velcro on, a rear-view mirror, a nice 'matching' bell with a decently-loud ding-dong instead of the silly thing that's on it now ... maybe a few other things. I love my little seatpost bag from Aldi - just right for phone, camera, keys and cards - but Aldi/Lidl stuff of course is 'as and when', not 'now'.
Is there a supplier who has a good choice of stuff at a range of prices, reliable efficient delivery AND who isn't an international non-tax-paying conglomerate?
If not I'll have to bite the bullet and use my long-defunct river account; I'm going to have to revive it anyway to get a specialist book I want that I can find nowhere else this side of the pond so if there really is nowhere else, I'll use the revival with its offer of 'free' Prime for a month's 'trial' then cancel. Get the most out of them that I can!

Found in the Yorkshire hills ...
I buy the odd few items from Merlin Cycles and tend to find they're good: https://www.merlincycles.com/ They've got several of each of those items you've stated.

Alternatively, is there a local bike shop near you?

Yep, Merlin..
High on bikes?
Planet X?
Spacycles?
Other LBS with a decent online presence (like Hargroves, Triton etc)
eBay sellers?
I use sportpursuit a fair amount but more for clothing (although they do have accessories). They do charge for delivery though

If you don't mind used, could try a wanted ad in the Classifieds... I'm sure loads of us have stuff in a box that is no longer used (or bought on a whim and never used  )

Thanks everyone for all the suggestions!
Not having much luck with finding what I want so far - several Decathlon goodies I rather fancy are out of stock as are odds and sods elsewhere, and I really don't want to be ordering very different item from different suppliers - separate postage costs soon add up. I'll carry on looking through the suggestions though!
