Keep getting this on ride where I put any notable miles in, or get a chance to really "put the power down".
I think it's gotta be something to do with shoes/clipless pedals, I never used to get it on my old flat pedal hybrid, but when I went to a road bike I had cheap MTB shoes/pedals at first and got it real bad. Now I have much better shoes and SPD-SLs, it's not as bad but still pops up after 5 or 6miles into a proper ride. I've tried shifting cleat positions and saddle height etc but just can't eliminate this ache entirely. Dunno what else to try....I might be able to get my toes further forward of the pedal a little bit but aside from that I can't think of anything else.
It's only my left foot too, never right.
Anyone ideas?
