adidas glasses spares

I cannot remember anything about these glasses can find no codes or numbers on them wondered if anybody recognises them and could help me find nose piece and lens replacements

the arms remove and can be adjutsed up and down too an a clicking system. i have these photos on flickr and thought i would be able to post larger but donr know how, any ways any help?
