That's a Google Adsense advert, it's displayed based on your browsing habits. And I am not making that up. Click on the little triangle shaped icon next to the X on the right most image to understand more.
We will all see different adverts. I just see bike stuff, cost that's all I ever look at

They're making a guess, sometimes they get lucky and you'll click and buy.
