Advice on how to install these disc brakes

I am building up a tourer and ordered a load of parts for it. Wish me luck!

On the brake front it has disc mounts and I have opted for TRP HY/RD brakes.

Basic question, is have I ordered what I need or do I need something different or maybe extra adapters?

You need a 160mm Disc Brake Mount Adapter

Since you are also having new wheels, you can spec them as 'six bolt disc'.

The other standard is Centrelock.

I Have ordered 6 bolt wheels and rotors to match. So I think I am covered on that aspect. It is whether I can mount the brakes I have ordered to the frame/forks I have

For the same size rotor the front adaptor is different from the rear adaptor. My old bike uses 20mm front and 40mm rear, with both 160mm rotors.

I can now see what the adapter looks like, but my frame already has the screw holes for the caliper to score directly into the frame...

I think you may be a little confused or I'm not understanding you correctly. If you try to screw the caliper as is into the frame it will sit horizontally not vertically as it should be. Plus hole spacing will be incorrect. All will become clear when you get the adapters.
My calipers which are also post mount do screw directly to the frame using only spacers but your frame is different, you need the mounts.
