But you'd rework it massively, keeping only the commentary but edit it, massively if necessary and then get your various modern day pundits to do a job thereafter.

So, the worst of the old (lack of coverage) combined with the worst of the new (insipid pundits)? Yeah, gets my vote.

I saw Gordon West play at Peterborough for Tranmere in 1976 or so. He was pretty (very) overweight and was getting all sorts of fat boy stick from people in the crowd who I reckon had never heard of him. However his positioning was perfect and nothing got past him. The forgotten man (because of Gordon Banks) of English Football.

Anyway think you've got problems - my baby grandchild's dad is a Wolves supporter - he is from there, to be fair.

A west London club worthy of support is the Bees. Small friendly club.

Yup Duncan Disorderly himself showing the Germans who's in charge (Steffen Freund)

Edit - my knowledge of the Foxes doesn't run that deep, I just right clicked the picture and found the jpeg was called "duncanfergusonsteffenfreund.jpg" and the rest followed.

I was in La Manga during the famous Leicester "rape case" though - and I did see the lads out and about a bit that week.

The funniest thing was to see them "training" in the gym there - I used to go in every day and do some weights etc and the pro footballers were lounging about unsupervised with hangovers comparing stories.

I even got interviewed live by the BBC, excitingly.
Yeah, that's it - Steffen Freund.
The La Manga thing must be about 7/8 years ago, or thereabouts. Keith Gillespie and a couple of other players were being accused.
Here they are looking like butter wouldnt melt in their mouths...
