We have one of those for Elf n Safety that leads to Bad Health and Negligible Safety to anyone within 100 mts of me when I complete it

Ranting is one of my core competencies and it wasn't even mentioned.
In the last 2 years of Performance Development form filling under 'future training needs' I put 1. Anger Management. 2. Saxophone lessons. Never a single comment.

I was told I had to do one of those anti bribery training sessions.

I offered my manager a tenner if I didn't have to do it.

He didn't get the joke...

I Work for a Amercan company, we get US training modules.
I just run the programme in the back ground then take my luck with the daft multiple chioce questions at the end.
It is just corporate arse covering.

You made me go and google that. I never realised until now that the HR world had invented a difference between these two words.
