Have an old samsung, but when I select the alert button, the avatar picture is shown in giant size, filling the whole of the screen.

@Sharky are you able to post a screenshot of what you're seeing. Also, could you please try clearing your browser cache on your mobile device to see if that fixes it?

Trying to do a screen shot. On samsun galaxy fame, but unable so far. Will try on wifes phone later.

Is there on option to view in desktop mode rather than mobile format? It feels like the application expects me to have a larger screen. There are also a few pages with excess blank lines. As if the physical lines are longer than the screen size and line feeds not in sync with physical size.

I've moved to Chrome on my phone and everything seems to be working as expected.
I guess my old version of IE for the mobile is too antiquated now to work with modern software.

Also removes a lot of the "blank lines" that I was getting with IE.

You can close the fault I reported.
