If it’s in your photo gallery don’t you click on the Icon at the top of the row posting box and link like you would with a photo.

As per title, is it possible to post a video clip ? If so, how ?
Where is the video?
If it's on your device just use the "attach files" bottom left of the box on CC you write in.
If the video is on the web, select the webpage's title in the address bar of your browser, right click copy, then right click paste on your CC post.

I see.
Can you move the video to your device?
My phone and laptop connect via an app, are you using a phone?
Not videos apparently. When I try that, none of the video files in the folder appear in the dialog box.
Tbh, I have never tried, I don't even have videos on this device, a laptop.
Have you tried changing the folder?
I'll have a tinker.

I'll have a tinker.
I downloaded a short (5 seconds) video from the net, indeed I could not upload it to CC.
The MP4 format is not accepted, but I did get the video in my box by selecting "all files".
@Dave7 I dunno!

I am not tech savvy but.......
If I want to post a photo I.... .....
Click attach.
Go to the gallery on my phone.
Select the photo I want and select 'done'.

The short video is in my gallery but CC won't accept it.

Some time back I tried lots of things (.mp4 on my device) and got nowhere.

I won't upload videos to youtube for a variety of reasons, including copyright (or rather license term you automatically grant YouTube). Quality another I tried a test video once which had a fantastic gradation across the sky which youtube turned into bands with their "compression" - looked dreadful on their platform.
