had a driver cut across me yesterday, left me no time to stop so i t-boned into the side of it.

re-fractured the same collarbone ligaments as before, bike is probably a write-off, using a solicitor recommended by lbs to get new bike and bits.

at least my new cc jersey was only bloodied, not ripped...

Hopefully. Not the case in the accident I witnessed. The police are charging the driver (illegal u-turn) but the driver isn't accepting liability, so court. Civil damages also being dragged out - again not accepting liability. It was a clear case of driver in the wrong. I might enjoy a day in court helping the 'victim'.
