The Cane Creek Headset finder suggests that you need their IS41 but doesn't have a 2014 model option

Specialized eff about with their headsets with no apparent benefit over basic tried and trusted designs so it is not easy to offer definitive advice.
I'd contact a Specialized dealer for advice.
If you have no joy then it's integrated headset so only need new bearings.
What I would do is take out the existing bearings and their may be printing on the side showing the measurements. You need to get exactly the same bearing as regards OD (outside diameter) ID (internal) Depth and angle (should be 45x45) and hope that Specialized haven't messed around with the bearing design.
