Yup, I'm up for this. Be good training for the Norwich 100 the following week, which follows the same route from Wells to Horsey. It's a great road, but as has been commented passim, it has a couple of lumps in it. The tarmac's good, I recall. It should be fast, too. Last time I did the N100 2 years ago, I got an average 17.8mph.

It's 102 miles in total from Kings Lynn, but as it's going to be a small group so we'll be faster, I think we'll aim for a midnight departure from Kings Lynn station.

As I recall, there's a large Tesco not far from KL train station for any last minute supplies, BUT I'm not sure if it's 24hr or not.

I think the massive Tescos on the Hardwick roundabout, which is a little out of your way, is 24 hrs, but the one you'll ride right past in Gaywood (off Lynn Rd) shuts at midnight.
(The station caff at Lynn make the best tea I've ever had at any station in the country. Proper tea pot as well. Not sure when it shuts though)
