Probably the Fat. But you're old too. I'm sure you were injured before. So all three!!!

As it is, I was out riding today. Leg is still sore and was moving slower. Going to take time for the muscle to heal I guess. But on the upside, riding a clean quiet and smooth running bike was nice. 5 days off from riding make one slower. Maybe I should add that to the other thread about going slower....
