Try rooibos or Red Bush tea, it's a great alternative to regular tea with zero caffeine. Drink it hot or cold with milk or lemon and you can leave it in the pot for days and it will never stew. I recommend you make it strong.
I found it took very little getting used to and if you're dunking you wont notice the difference.
Mr Summerdays went through a phase of that and I tried but didn't like it, maybe not for long enough but it could be I'm not enough of a tea drinker to like it in the first place.

No - it's brewing it using cold water. It takes 3 - 6 hours but produces a fabulous drink. You can also cold brew coffee - but that takes longer (about 12 hours).
Interesting.... I might give this a go - though I think on a different day, today is a day for warm drinks!

I used to drink too much coffee, but now it's just 2 cups a day. It did nasty things to my digestion, i.e. acid reflux.

That redbush stuff tastes like stewed floor sweepings

Tetley with a splash of skimmed milk for me.

I have drunk less coffee recently, but I expect my consumption will increase again when I change jobs and go back to an office with fresh stuff on tap! I try not to drink coffee first thing, usually at least 3 hours after getting up until the first

Cold tea and coffee are just wrong IMO!

Decaf?

Genmaicha which green tea with toasted rice. Very nice, low caffeine. Find it in Thai grocery shops and posh supermarkets

I think the last time I drunk coffee was back in the 80's usually as a hangover cure. xx(

Now even the the smell of it makes me feel yuckey and brings back memories of hangovers.

I usually drink tea and water.

But I do drink quite a lot of nettle tea and also Matcha.

Matcha is strong stuff though, great for waking you and sharpening your brain up (Japanese students drink it before exams).
Only a cup a day to start with, you need to be weaned onto it or you'll feel sick, supposedly a good antioxidant too.

I like Twinings Buttermint tea. It tastes like buttermints  I can drink that until the cows come home. Sadly it's a trip to Waitrose though as our Tesco, Asda and Sainsburys don't seem to stock it.
