Altura Night Vision Zip Problem

OK, anyone got any tips on getting the breast pocket open on an Altura Night Vision jacket??

My phone's stock inside!

My Altura breast pocket won't close.

What amazes me is the amount of force you can apply & nothing gives!

It was obviously bad zip day... I managed to not put mine in correctly so it was unzipping itself. When I got home I stepped out of it and spent a minute of two persuading it to go down properly. Its only about 4 months old.

This is only 4 months old too

Mine gave up after six months, so had to stitch up the bottom half so that the zip doesn't come off.
