How many pairs of socks and pants does the average woman need?

(though on our aborted world tour I only had 4 pairs of knickers, 3 pairs of socks & 1 bra....)
still only have 1 set of hiking boots, 1 set of hiking shoes, 2 sets of mountaineering boots, 1 set of wellies, a set of sandles and that's it.... not normal I know... but I found going off to cycle around the world and having to give up your rented property and store things dealt with all issues of hoarding amazingly well - its a really good cure (for hoarding) having to carry everything you own on your bike...

a while back a friend cleared out her knicker drawer and found she has 57 bras! is that normal?

57 Now I feel less like a hoarder (but I might need to check to be certain ).

I have more sets of spare tyres for bikes than I have individual shoes or socks for that matter

I AM NOT going to look it up - it is buried somewhere on this forum and it must be inaccurate now as I saw a pair of boots in the sales and bought those. (But it might have had a 3 in it)

Shoe (well, boots, really) are winning at the moment because of the sales.
In saying that, I should really bin at least 1 pair of boots and 1 pair of trainers that are falling apart

yep - I'm odd, no wonder I'm such an easy woman to keep. He only has to deal with my dairy allergy and me kicking up a fuss when he knicks the wheels off my bike...

I don't know how many shoes I've got, when I get roun to sortin the shoes I'll count them and let you know!

In our garage we've got all sorts of tyres and inner tubes dangling from the rafters!

I can guess that by the time you decide the boots should be in the bin, they are well past the stage of being recycled at a shoe bank.
