Not sexist.....but the bike designer should be shot, it looks horrible.........perhaps a pink colour would be better

The bike has track plastics on it which were I suspect made by an aftermarket co. I know it is a 400, but no idea what one, probably Honda or Kawasaki.

The thing is that whilst people may feel it is a sexist thing to automatically assume she is a bloke, it is only women like her who blur the boundaries.
Look at this pic of a big hairy bloke filling the tank of his 180mph bike after riding it 900 miles.

Look again at the painted nails  (yes it is another one of her pics)

I thought that the giveaway was the fact that it says "Faye" on the fairing.

I am feeling all nostalgic for my bikes now  I cannot believe that I traded in bikes for a 1.4 Rover :sad:

Well, if it had been a 'he', he could have called his bike 'Faye'...

What I will aslo add is that people do make assumptions on gender when the information is limited. I've done it myself a couple of times on here with members due to their posting style, or something ambiguous which they have posted up, and wrongly identfied a woman as a man, and a man as a womam (which appeared to deeply offend them both)
There are a lot more women riding roadies than are riding sports motorcycles, but the ones (bikers) I have ridden out with have been very very competent.

Getting offended is a bit silly, IMO, unless the person getting it wrong has ignored obvious signs. If you're going to be offended if someone mistakes your gender, make it obvious in your avatar/username/whatever!

Well he did after that. No idea what caused me to think that in the first place, but he seemed mortally wounded by it, and still struggles to let it go..
