I bought 2 packs of 3 Ainsley Harriet veg soup......awful, really awful. Even the Aldi stuff is far nicer.

Yesterday's soup was a Shrimp and Vegetable soup with lemongrass and lime. Got it from Weight Watchers believe it or not. Turned out to be excellent. Lots of mushrooms, onions, shrimp, red peppers and bok choy. I ended up putting regular white buttom mushrooms sliced, oyster mushrooms and cremini mushrooms. Made a double recipe so I have lots to put in the freezer for another time. Yum.
Have to be honest here (don't we??)....that looks like it's already been eaten once
