How the hell can`t he feel that he has a flat rear tyre:eek:
Maybe the cops deployed a stinger to stop him?

The small wheels make no difference to the ride, but add useful manoeuvrability in London traffic.

All I know is the ride comfort of my Brommie is inferior to the ride comfort of a bike with full size wheels.

I wonder if the front forks are too short to have much natural spring.

As you say, the plus side is the Brommie is unbeatable in tight spaces.

What ever the make of his bike, the wheels have well and truly come off his poltical career.

Irrespective of whether he called the cops plebs or not, his behaviour on that day seems to have been pretty obnoxious making a very bad advert for cyclists. He's not a MAMIL but an ARAMIS - A Rude Agressive Man in Suit. He could have have been professional gritted his teeth and smiled sweetly at the cops thanking them so much for their courtesy well beyond the call of duty not.

For his flat tyre he needs a Topeak Road Morph MTB pump.

You would have thought that most politicians would be making use of the C2W scheme to buy some nice bike bling especially if they are all 40% income tax payers. None of them seem to be riding Cervelos to the Commons so may be they are stashed safely in their tax payer funded flats in either Belgravia or Chelsea like most people who have made use of the C2W scheme who prefer not to ride their C2W bikes to work but to keep them at home or in their shed/garage using them on the club run or only on the 3 dry warm sundays during the summer months do .
