Another BB Question

I want to change the BB on my Giant Defy 2 2011 - It's the 9 speed Sora compact version. Anyone know what choices/upgrades there are? Anyone know if these are any good (the blue one goes with the frame - sad but true).

Thanks for all the suggestions I collected a Tiagra BB this morning for £10 and will see if it solves my creaking/ratling problem.

Well it didn't solve the creaking problem BUT... I think I've solved it though Some twonk put the pedals on without any grease and too tight. After a long struggle I got them off, greased them, popped them back on and the creaking is gone gone gone
