Another cyclist down :(

fortunately it wasnt me, but it was bad enough that the police had cordoned off part of upper street in Angel Islington.

I swung around to have a look and i saw an MTB crushed under the wheels of a HGV on the left side (blind side)

Not too sure what happened exactly but I asked the copper if the cyclist survived and he said yes. Thats all i needed to know and carried on my way home

I'll be expecting to see some news about it on the beeb shortly

That sounds awful. Let's hope it wasn't to serious and they make a full recovery.

Poor guy at least he's still alive. I've travelled this road on my commute home for well over a year and it's sad to see accidents like this so close to home
