Hi one and all.
After a 20-30 year lay-off from cycling, I finally got the cycling bug back this year, and am now the proud owner of a Giant Rapid 3 which I bought a couple of months ago, and a Claud Butler Urban 100 that I picked up on Saturday, which I hope will see me through the coming winter, and probably more bad roads to come...
I've been ill since the end of last year and the start of this year, but it looks like I'm getting back to something approaching a normal life once again, and enjoying riding once more - and it's a damn fine way to lose all the extra pounds (tons!!) I've picked up since last year!
