I don't condone criminal damage in any form, but cars really shouldn't be on pavements,
Agreed, but I don't think the OP was parked on the pavement. I had to negotiate my way around a bus on the pavement yesterdayI don't condone criminal damage in any form, but cars really shouldn't be on pavements,
And in Scotland, where Brandane lives, according to the official figures:How many fewer police are there, I thought it was only a few percentage drop.
- and even if it did they wouldn't be used. How many people with garages ever put cars in them? They are simply utility rooms with big doors.I would like every new build property to have off street parking for at least two cars, it will not happen of course.

Tony B.Liars government introduced planning guidelines which deliberately restricts the number of cars a new property can accommodate on site, supposedly as a means to discourage car ownership.
Of course, it does nothing of the sort and serves only to leave new builds crammed in tightly with unsightly lines of cars parking half up on the footpath.
I have a driveway that can take two cars, and indeed it does. Forget the garage, the trike, freezer, workbench, gardening gear, tools, various bike bits and stuff that won't go anywhere else goes in the garage.- and even if it did they wouldn't be used.
