Let me know your opinion on the book when you have read it, someone bought it me a few years back. Read it but had a few reservations about it.

Sorry .The book is not by William Fotherringham.,I only noticed the endorsement on the front cover..Mike Carter is the writer.

Not sure if this is book you refer to.

Have only read the first three chapters.Seems to be heavy going so far.
