You might have bumped into me on the Monster UK site before I got escorted from their premises. *

* I never actually got banned, just made to feel very unwelcome. Used to post on Ducati sporting Club too, but got rather tired of stereotypical poserific Ducatisti. Just walked away.

Know how you feel / felt....

Well, if you see him, tell him I've still got his Ducati Performance ventilated clutch cover sitting on my desk taking up space.

Has he still got that Ducati/Bianchi Campag road bike?

Btw here's a picture of my MV taken by Lee himself at Moto Cinelli in Buckingham, last summer...

Nice. I'd need a lot of dosh before I bought an MV because it'd be an occasional use bike.

I have a YZF600R and love it, the perfect bike for me.

Panter

Just call me Chris...
I've just got a ratty old XJ600 at the moment, purely for plodding to and fro work on. Saves taking the huge 4X4 out ;)

I started with a Z400, then had a YZF750r followed by an R1
Had to sell that though, I'd love to get a VMax next Year but I don't think funds will allow it so I may try to get a firestorm (fancy something grunty next :o)

Edit: That MV is stunning!!!!!

Night Train

Maker of Things
I did the early midlife crisis bit. I took lessons, passed my test first time and then went to a Harley Davidson dealer and bought a new Night Train a bit like this one hence my profile name. I ran it for a few years and then sold it to fund my furniture workshop.

I still miss it but I don't miss the HD customer service, what little there was of it. HD sold me a dud bike that was, on the most part dangerous on the road, until it was fixed at all my own cost. Then it was a great bike. Then I had to sell it.

Risk an MV on a track day?! Blimey, I need to be doubly loaded for that!

I did look for, if this is not a contradiction in terms, an affordable Ducati 748 for track day use. I thought it would be an ideal bike for that purpose. I had a VFR400 for track days and loved it.

See pic - I've tracked the Ducati but not the MV.

Hi,

Apologies for bumping this back to the top, I've just joined the forums.

Had my Aprilia RSV Mille for about 4 years now.

Good few mods - Renegade Twin High Mount exhaust system, Evo airkit, 16/44 Renthal gearing and a smattering of carbon all over the shop:-

Hi RSV and welcome. Renegade are rather partial to milles; don't they race a couple in the power bikes series? I had an SV650 with a renegade exhaust.... a luverly sound.
