I'm a veggie now, but yes, love (should be used to love) black pudding...tomorrow is the worst day of the year for me...so much lovely meaaaaaaaaat to not eat...I'll just sniff up the fumes while I lick a sprout though :hyper:

Yes brilliant stuff and international too - I've tried German Blutwurst, French boudin noir, Spanish (and Argentinian) morcilla, Polish kaszanka, and some world-beaters in Scotland. The only ones I've not cared too much for are the cheaper very dry and over-cereally ones you sometimes get here.

Another fan of black pudding here, as well as good haggis.

I shall have to rush out and get some on Friday now!

As @vernon mentioned earlier I have a fondness for the porcinery of Greenwoods (although it has been many a year since I have partaken of his fine wares); I also rate Stornoway, Clonakilty and Aultbea (I don't think this has been given a mention yet - their white pudding is the best I have eaten) black pudding.

As for haggis (since it was mentioned) I have a preference for Pirie's of Newtyle in Angus. Wonderfully offally. And Offally wonderful.

If you are after skirlie then it's Cameron's game dealer/fishmonger in Forfar.
