any btinternet customers

    have bt changed there web site as i have been trying to access my "internet usage" without success?

    It's very difficult - they don't seem to want you to know!

    Sign into My BT

    You should land on a page with two tabs "My Bills" and "My Services"

    Click on My Services

    Then click on the green Broadband image

    Then you should see "View Broadband Usage " at the bottom under Manage Your Broadband Services

    BT....pffffff......they've put back my fibre optic broadband connection by 3 months since march........i'm not a happy customer!

    I have had lods of speed probs with bt
    i live 100meters from the exchange but was getting a speed of 0.23
    yes - 0.23
    after testing it and complaining it has gone up to 2.35
    a great improvement but not good really
    i have new lap tops and computer and a good wi fi box

    here is a number they gave me - direct to save jumping through options and buttons
    0800 012 1335
    give it a go...
