An etymologist would be able to tell me all about the origins of words, not much use in identifying insects though.

I think these things must be like buses ( you wait for one, then three come along at once) I had another one land on me today ( possibly the same one, and it’s stalking me) I’m awaiting the third one. I hope their not the 3 bee flys of the apocalypse or something.
