Where I work is listed building and a sparky had decided that the stonework was too bumpy so chiseled a 1" deep chasing through the raised stonework for his conduit to go!😥😥😥
My colleague was working at Faslane on the last nuclear sub refit. One of the contractor sparks decided that it would be a good idea to affix a mounting bracket by drilling a hole in the internal bulkhead 😮££££££££££££££££
