Excellent.

For reasons I'm not sure I can explain, I've always enjoyed stories from 1 particularly brilliant old guy who would speak of spitfires landing outside his house after running out of fuel after dogfighting over Norway, and painting an art deco Hotel with nothing more than length of rope an 18 inch board to fashion himself a bosuns chair.

The closest I got to that sort of thing was as a boy learning my trade when the neighbouring site on an airfield base asked my gaffer for a scaffold to be built and his bright labour saving idea was to tie a rope round my waist and dangle me over the edge and for me to do whatever job was required.
