I don't think they make straws that skinny, have you seen the hole?

With a glass cutter, carefully cut round the neck of the bottle and take it off. Pour your pickled onion vinegar in (this should be easier than any of the cockamamy 'solutions' suggested so far). Then superglue the top of the bottle back on. Be careful to scrawl on the label so you remember it isn't regular vinegar.

I think you'll find I win :smile:
