I thought that the following image was a ray traced construction but found that it was a real steam engine, one of five in a pumping house in the USA

Funnily enough, I was looking for a good picture of the kinds of food processing machinery I'm involved with (in the factories where I work) so I looked at my former employers website (who built much of the kit) noticed a suspicious looking cyclist hiding amongst the stainless steel!

It’s a pity we don’t see more about British Engineering. I would be happy to see TV programmes about the great things that we still make here rather than all the nonreality stuff they do show. Just received an email asking me if I wanted a booklet explaining why I should be investing in Asia. If there was a bit more investing in the UK then we wouldn’t be in such a mess. Like the video. Pity there wasn’t an apprentice or old guy with an oily rag though.
