Just wondering: the national average must be about one in about 1460. For instance, there's this guy I know (a relative by marriage) about to celebrate his 19th birthday this week - and he's a granddad four times over and retired from his job as a scientist nearly two decades ago.

Apparently some websites and other computer systems throw a wobbly when they try to enter their D.O.B...

My eldest is 1st March. She was due 10 days earlier and the Mrs went into labour on 28th Feb, so she would have been if it had been a leap year. That's the closest I can do!

My neice was born on Feb 29th four years ago.
By law, my bro and his wife had to register her birthday as March 1st.
