Wow, that's some great progress.
Since coming back from holiday and getting over a little illness I had at the end of it, I've been concentrating more on cycling to rebuild my fitness for the coming hillclimb racing season than running. I've been out running 3 times since.
So I can't see myself getting into the 16s this year - my fallback running goal is a >80% WAVA parkrun, which for me would be 17:25, and would be a smidge faster at 44 than my PB when I was 33. I'd need to find a fast course to do it. It's complicated by having to take my son to lifesaving classes at 10am on Saturdays - I could just about get to Stafford for Isabel Trail and be back to Uttoxeter in time.
How do you find you 80 wava?
I've signed up for tour of pendle a hilly 16mile fell race .
Steady away this morning in 22 starting at the back!
Then haworth hobble
and finally Milton Keynes marathon
That's the winter plan!
