Some feedback. I approach Phish' contact and we're "talking".
I also listed my job on People Per Hour and immediately had 6 responses, about three of them seemed very professional. They responded with links to their work, rates and knew where they strengths lie and what jobs they won't do. We briefly corresponded and then... PPH failed me.
The site allowed me to register without asking me to create a password. I then listed my jobs and corresponded and logged off. When I needed to log on again, the trouble started. It wanted a password. I then decided to use the Reset Password feature which, required a password. Using the Support button takes you to a faceless, clueless support robot working offshore who doesn't understand the problem but is an expert at opening tickets. I have many tickets all with links. Click on the link and you have to log in with guess what? A password.
Meanwhile I'm getting wholesale spam from the CEO, his assistant, the dog and the fax machine. I'm getting upgrade offers, sidegrade options and tips and tricks on how to improve my "experience". I even got a personalised welcome letter from the CEO or OEO (Only Executive Officer). All of these mails are sent from a no-reply@XYZ address.
It is a joke. I've given up on it and feel sorry for those people who responded, but whom I now cannot contact.
