20180709_124014.jpg i saw this sad vehicle while out walking at New Brighton. I really should have taken a Bigger photo but thought i could trace from the reg. Tried DVLA which tells me it doesn't exist.
It looks like an old Humber but thats a guess.

From the registration it would date to 1965 /66 .

Now, why would DVLA tell me its untraceable? Its parked on the road.

I 'thought' it was black but i suppose very dark blue is possible.
How did you trace that ?
If I am not mistaken.....even with a SORN it cannot be (legally) kept on the road without tax & insurance. Inside it is a wreck and I doubt its driveable.

It's now old enough that it won't need an MOT. It'll also be free vehicle excise duty - which it's got.

Basically as long as it's safe to drive it can be as shabby as needed.
