Fortunately, no, although the village was cut off by both road routes due to flooding. My thoughts and sympathies to anyone flooded, and any cc'ers near me who were flooded and could use a hand cleaning up need only to ask.

Not personally, but the Ouse is well up - that's a fairly regular occurence. I've been watching it on this webcam:

and last night it rose a few inches in a couple of hours. It's levelled off now, but there's more rain forecast in the catchment, so it could carry on rising for a few days.

There are several properties not yet dried out properly from the last time it came up in September, which was the second highest level recorded. Just wondering what this time will be...

(If I'm flooded out personally, it'll make the news. I'm on the second floor....)

BTW, that river webcam site has lots of locations, and although it's aimed at fishermen, it's useful for keeping an eye on any local rivers, if they happen to be covered.

Good site, and I see they've got one covering the Severn at Atcham. The Mytton & Mermaid's arbour is underwater.

Edit: If anyone else is interested in the Severn there are 2 webcams in Shrewsbury HERE.

I have been with our stable block, and access to grazing as a brook runs between the two.

It has been inundated about 3 times in the last week.

Having been flooded a few years ago when we lived at the other end of the road from where we do now, I tend to get a bit twitchy when there's a lot of rain.
We're fairly safe as the new flood defences are impressive, unfortunately they may well just push the problem further along the river so some other poor soul will bear the brunt.
The river's high, footpath down one side is under water, but no threat at the moment.
Hope everyone else is staying dry.

Had to pedal along the cycle track with it nearly up to the BB for 150m. I knew I'd make it because some dog walkers in wellies went first. I put the bike into top (hub gears) and just pressed the pedals whilst they were above water. The dog walkers got a shock when I arrived behind them (with dry feet too). It'll have gone up since.
