Perhaps a 1-2 day course., looked a bike doctor and thought probably just a bit ahead of myself.
Pass most of the beginner level courses that i've looked at e.g. puncture repair, brake set ups, gear indexing etc.
Ideally something that deals with bottom brackets and cranksets.
