Anyone back at work in the morning?

Taking working from home to the extreme here, I have been making and taking work phone calls whilst in bed.

My OH works for one of these companies that closes for the Christmas week and insists you take it as the 'extra' annual leave they so generously give you, so I have put up with him for a while longer yet... not sure when I get my 'freedom' back

Not officially back till the fifth,it takes a couple of days for the paint ovens to warm up so we have mandatory shut downs

I worked on the 26th, 27th and today, 12 hour shifts. I am now off until the 2nd.

If it's above freezing i'll be there,there's no point sitting around if you don't get holiday pay. Am i the only one?

Nope – freelance here, so no holiday pay. Was back at work this morning.

I've not stopped. Every day for a month either side of Christmas.
On the plus side I'll have (nearly) a month off when I get back to the UK
