....sure have...it's been winter in Scotland for about 3/4 weeks now !!!!!;)

Snap. Problem is that it's usually quite mild by the time I go home and the bib-tights are a bit on the hot side in that weather ! I was bringing the bib shorts for hometime for a few weeks, but rather than have to wash two sets of clothing I've stuck with the tights now for going home in too.

Been wearing 3/4s for a couple of weeks now. I don't have a lot of insulation and keeping my joints warm is a must. I'll be in the full gloves, overshoes and longs from the beginning of November

I've used my bibtights for a few of weeks . My legs are so white I'd frighten all the wildlife round here in shorts ...
Might look at getting some Ron hill's ,

Went to work in the bib shorts yesterday. Red legs don't suit so might invest in some tights for the winter (and sod the ridicule-I'm in it for comfort not for style!) Decathlon is just up the road. Any good?

Hi,

I work shifts so I get out for a run whenever I can manage it on my rota days off, depending on the weather.

I've only just started out road cycling, got my FP1 on the work Cyclescheme in August there, so I'm a newbie!!!.

I commute from Bonnybridge to Alloa fire station. Usually take the back road to Larbert from Checkbar roundabout, along Bellsdyke road, up to the M/Way flyover and then take a left past Letham Cottages. Then out over Kincardine bridge and then back road from Kincardine to Clackmannan. It's about 16 miles each way and I'm loving it so far, can't wait till the weather get's better next season.

There's quite a few of us in the fire service that cycle, our "unofficial" cycling section meets up every week or so at the Pineapple and takes a run from there to wherever they fancy. Not joined them yet, been too busy!!!.

Missed the forum ride out, yeah. Might manage one at some point though.

What do you ride m8?. I'll keep an eye out for you.

Ye canny miss me - I have a black and white Pinarello FP1 and I'm usually decked out from head to toe in PBK Team kit....lol....!!!.

Hi....

...only just started back cycling myself this year (May)...commuting & leisure.....my commute only takes me to Cumbernauld and back each day, so not as long as yours.....at the moment during the shorter days I'm on my old steel frame Raleigh following the canal tow-path along to Banknock and then up into Cumbernauld ...but at the weekends you will usually see me riding a black & yellow Scott, usually complimented by black & yellow cycle kit...so I look like a big bumble bee on wheels...so you canny miss me either, and hopefully neither will the rest of the road users..!!!!
....I'll keep an eye out for you when I,m out or if your interested on getting out some Sunday morning (weather permitting)...PM your details...I'm out most Sunday's....failling that hopefully see you at the next forum ride .....
