Cycle through a junction onto the wrong side of the road, which happens to be a dual(duel) carriageway, because of slow/stationary traffic on the correct side caused by traffic management. This leaves the opposite side clear of traffic until the lights change.

Seen yesterday morning & didn't quite believe what was being seen. Someone on a bike, going against the two lanes of traffic, causing them to take avoiding action.

Darwin Award winner maybe, but the same person seems to be pushing what he can do & his luck. He's being doing similar things for the last two years in order to get to work

Notify the fuzz?

You know the rough times of his commutes at that junction.

The fuzz already know. As for the time of his commute through that junction/part of road 0830-0840.

What he's actually doing is getting worse as time goes on. From pavement cycling to going up between lanes of stationary traffic, (on the correct side) to crossing six lanes of moving traffic.

Sounds like an accident looking for an opportunity to happen. TBH [and sad to say] the only person I'd feel sorry for would be the poor sod that can't dodge / stop fast enough and finally hits him.

That's nothing last week I saw a cyclist go straight through a red light and across 4 lanes of heavy traffic. If the other vehicles hadn't braked he would have been hit.
