Anyone used a C bag on an S type Brompton?

Brompton say don't do it. I dimly recall seeing a post somewhere which said it's OK to do it as long as you tape up the brake cables.

Anyone have chapter and verse on this one?

IIRC there's a risk that the top of the bag will catch the cables / bars, causing interesting things to happen when steering...
