Are 16 notch bb tools the same size?

I need to get hold of a bb tool very much like the one from Park Tools (below), as my new wheels recommend using it to tighten the lockring on the disc rotor.

When I go looking for 16 notch bb tools, a myriad of sizes come up - but what I can't work out is if 44mm is the diameter of the tool, or something else.

I.e. do I need to buy the 44mm park tool one, or can I get one from wiggle et. al so long as it is 16 notch?

You need a Hollowtech 2 BB tool. 44mm is the diameter.

There are two sizes for HT2; Shimano usually provide an adaptor ring with new bearings, in case you have the larger tool.
