I rode past the ASDA at Glasshoughton today, during my 'allowed exercise' time

As I approached, the signs at the (pre-pay) machines came into sight

£1.02/litre unleaded
£1.08/litre diesel
:eek::eek::eek:

And to think, I was happy last Thursday, to pay £1.14/litre to top-up my Octavias tank (after the weeks trips to Thornton-le-Dale, Sheffield & Ripon)

Considering we are not supposed to making non essential journeys, it’s a bit of a tease!

119.9 round here :angry:
We had to nip & ensure my wife's aunt was okay yesterday it's the only way to contact her, knock on her door & stand well back. As we were passing Asda I topped up the wife's car, pretty sure it was £114.9 for diesel

I have to admit to being a hoarder.

I now have 2 coke bottles of petrol as spare under the seat of my 125 motorbike instead of one.

I have already seen someone with a stack of jerry cans at a petrol station loading up.

I suppose it is better than hoarding toilet rolls.
