Are these forks bent?

Thanks for all the replies but I've already decided to scrap the bike. I need the bottom bracket for my main bike and it's too small anyway. I've been using it while I've been waiting for a crank puller to arrive. Surprisingly it handles in a safe, predictable manner, even with bent forks.
