Are workplace showers/bike stands tax exempt as part of a green travel plan?

If an employer installs facilities for cyclists like showers or bike parking, do these attract any kind of "tax free" status like the tax free bike scheme?

Why would they....? If anything, it's a perk and taxable lol

They would certainly be tax deductible to the employer, subject to them being available to all members of staff (not just selected 'higher ranking' employees like Directors).
