I can see you heading for her ignore list (or a slap). I'm genuinely intrigued to see what her song was. Given that the music industry is such a tough business to crack (knowing a few musicians), I have to admire anyones ability to score a number 1 in the UK charts even if the song isn't to my taste.

I think it's totally possible to be famous in ones own mind. The singer in one of my bands was an American kid, a runaway fron Chicago...nice guy, good singer, superb frontman...but in his miond he was already a superstar, so he behaved like one....bit odd in Brixton really.
