    'zonkeys' is a plural

    and 'zonkies' is a plural possessive.

    No, zonkies is just wrong. Plural of "zonkey" is "zonkeys", hence possessive plural is " zonkeys's " or " zonkeys' " surely...

    Nope bonj, wrong again, it's one of the names for a hybrid zebra/donkey, the other one being the Zedonk.

    But then -keys is the plural of words ending in key.

    Like key. Or monkey. Or Donkey. And so on!!

    Therefore, I reckon Arch is correct!!
